Director and founder of Garçimuñoz, lute and vihuela player and singer. 
Co-founder of Collegium Musicum, first Renaissance ensemble in Costa Rica (1980’s). Member of CUMA, (Conjunto Universitario de Música Antigua, 1992-1994), 
Capella Hispana Antiqua (San José, Costa Rica, 1986-1987)
Magister Linguisticae from the University of Costa Rica and English and Literature college degree from the same university. 
Pregraduate guitar studies from the Music School from the University of Costa Rica. 
Lute lessons both in the USA and Italy. 
Currently, English professor at the University of Costa Rica (Modern Languages School) and UNED (Open University-Universidad Estatal a Distancia).
